We promise to:
1 To be honest in all dealings with customers.
2 Be realistic regarding work dates, length of time to carry out works.
3 Keep to all appointments booked and appointment times, if we are unable to make original time or date we will contact the customer to let them know and if possible re-schedule.
4 Return all phone messages promptly.
5 Be courteous to all customers, their property and their belongings.
6 Reply and deal with any customer complaints received promptly and without confrontation or abuse.
7 NEVER demand cash.
8 Inform customer of any call out charges before attending.
9 We will keep customer notified of all aspects of work being undertaken.
10 If any further costs arise due to variation in original works customer will be advised before commencing with these works.
11 NEVER be verbally or physically abusive, or threaten any customer.

General terms and conditions: A letter of engagement accompanied by our standard terms and conditions will be provided at the start of any major contracts for works in commercial properties.
Applicable law: Unless otherwise agreed, English law, with the English courts having exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning the service and any matter arising from it.
Work Guarantees: All works are guaranteed for a minimum 3 months from date of completion, this also covers parts and labour. Tv Aerials, set top boxes and satellite equipment are also subject to a specific manufacturer's warranty details of which will be provided on request. Additionally all work includes an industry backed guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected by our guarantee.
